These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, workshops, services, and any purchases made through Brunellia.

By accessing our website or purchasing from Brunellia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Brunellia

Brunellia is a floral studio based in Medellín, Colombia, specializing in premium floral design, bouquets, floral workshops, educational programs, and related products and services.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Services

Brunellia offers products and services including, but not limited to:

  • Fresh flower bouquets

  • Floral gifts

  • Floral workshops

  • Educational programs

  • Floral styling services

  • Gift cards (when available)

  • Merchandise and related products

All products are subject to availability.

4. Nature of Fresh Flowers

Flowers are natural products.

Each bouquet is individually designed using seasonal flowers and may vary slightly from website photographs.

Whenever a specific flower or variety is unavailable, Brunellia reserves the right to substitute it with flowers of similar color, quality, style, and value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.

Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Colombian Pesos (COP) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and additional charges will be shown during checkout where applicable.

6. Orders

An order is considered accepted only after Brunellia confirms it.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order.

  • Limit quantities.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.

7. Payment

Payment must be completed before products or services are delivered unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.

8. Delivery

Brunellia currently delivers within selected service areas.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Incorrect delivery information

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If the recipient is unavailable, Brunellia may leave the flowers in a safe location, with a concierge or reception desk, or attempt to contact the recipient when appropriate.

Additional delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

9. Workshop Registration

Workshop reservations are confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit has been received, depending on the event.

Workshop spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Brunellia reserves the right to modify workshop schedules when necessary.

10. Workshop Cancellations and Refunds

Because flowers, materials, tools, and workspace are prepared specifically for each participant, workshop fees are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person by notifying Brunellia at least 3 hours before the workshop begins.

If Brunellia cancels a workshop, participants may choose between:

  • A full refund; or

  • A transfer to a future workshop date.

Failure to attend without prior notice does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or replacement session.

11. Returns and Refunds for Floral Products

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, Brunellia does not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

If you believe your order has a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product.

Each claim will be evaluated individually.

Where appropriate, Brunellia may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another reasonable solution at its sole discretion.

12. Gift Cards

If gift cards are offered:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • They cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

  • Gift cards expire only if stated at the time of purchase.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Floral designs

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Illustrations

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Educational materials

  • Website design

is the property of Brunellia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Interfere with website functionality.

  • Infringe upon the rights of Brunellia or third parties.

15. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content, you grant Brunellia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for business and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

You represent that any content you submit does not infringe upon the rights of others.

16. Photography During Workshops

Brunellia may photograph or record workshops for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.

Participants who prefer not to appear in photographs or videos should notify us before the workshop begins.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.

17. Website Availability

We strive to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or modify the website at any time without prior notice.

18. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brunellia provides its website, products, and services "as is" and "as available."

Except as expressly stated, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted website operation, availability of products, or suitability for a particular purpose.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brunellia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombia unless applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Brunellia reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Your continued use of our website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
