  • Is the delivery fee included?
    No, the delivery fee is calculated separately depending on the area.
  • Where are you located?
    We are an online business located in Medellin, Colombia, and we do flower delivery all around the Area Metropolitana (Medellin, Envigado, Bello, Itaguí, Sabaneta)
  • Can I get same day delivery?
    Yes, if your order has been made before 2pm and the flowers are in stock! Please, contact us through our Instagram @brunellia.boutique or our Whatsapp to see if the same day delivery is available for your chosen arrangement
  • How big are the bouquets?
    Size S is 25-30cm in diameter, size M is 35-40cm in diameter, size L is 45-50cm in diameter, and size XL is 55-60cm in diameter
  • Can I pay in cash?
    No, unfortunately we aren't able to receive cash payments for the time being.
